At Cova Rugs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policies below.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned in sellable condition: unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
Once our team inspects the returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your return.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days after the product is picked up and your bank details are provided.
Refunds are issued only to your original method of payment. No cash refunds.
If you purchased an item as a gift:
If it was shipped directly to you and marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them.
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- You changed your mind about the product.
- You send a return without prior approval from our support team.
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered.
- Original packaging or tags are missing.
- The item was purchased on sale.
Return Shipping
Free return shipping is provided if the item is damaged or defective (approval required before sending back).
If you return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping costs and customs fees. These will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over $80, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Cova Rugs is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
All orders are processed for shipping the same day, so cancellation is subject to approval from our customer service team.
A $15 cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Wait for approval and shipping instructions from our support team before sending back your item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15–20 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (it may take time for your refund to post).
Next, contact your bank (processing times can vary).
